- While choosing the delivery address, Prime members will see a new option to “Let the recipient provide their address.” Through which they can then enter the recipient’s email or mobile number.
- The recipient receives a gift message either via email or text which allows them to accept the gift, and then enter their preferred delivery address from their own Amazon account.
If recipients didn’t quite expect the gifted product as they wanted they also have the option of exchanging the item for an Amazon gift card. to purchase something else without having to notify the gift giver.
